Winter Wonder Ball 2025!

I’m behind on writing my blog a bit- but I wanted to give each show the attention it deserves!

This year Dream the Heavy hosted yet another spectacular event at Spirit! Not only was I selling jewelry with my bestie but I was also tattooing in near total darkness mid set in a club environment- not my ideal but still fun! The bands were great and so was the scene. I love getting out and seeing everyone! That day in general was insane. I bobsledded my borrowed van across the liberty bridge, fishtailing into oncoming traffic before pulling my ass back on course. I barely got to work in one piece due to the rouge ice storm that literally started out of nowhere. I got to the shop and had a cigarette to calm my vibrating body before tattooing my customers neck- we were both taken by the journey. Then I went to pick up my lovely friend to load in winter wonder ball. Dare I say it’s a miracle no one was hospitalized, or in jail by the end of the evening. I got home in one piece and proceeded to have my merry meltdown the following day. Performing is hard. Loading multiple businesses in an ice storm is hard too. I’m coming to terms I’m not 21 and I gotta take it’s slower on myself. No more 2-3x work days for me! I love bringing the sparkle to any event- just gotta be more realistic lol. I’d do it again & I’m grateful for the experience! Here’s to next year being a bit more chill!
